SILICONE PRODUCTS
hydraPower dynamics silicone coolant hoses are manufactured in a wide range of shapes, colours and sizes. Unless otherwise specified, our standard blue Silicone/Polyester hoses meet the requirements of SAE J20 R1 Class A. The hoses generally have 3-4 plys of Polyester fabric. The number of layers can be increased or decreased depending on the working pressure requirements.
Temperature range of -56 to 180 degrees Celsius (-70 to 350 Farenheit). Good resistance to weather and ozone, and resistant corrosion from coolant and heat transfer.
SILICONE/EPDM HOSE PRODUCTS
Hoses can be supplied in straight lengths typically up to 4 metres long. Typical size range 10mm to 350mm diameter.
Most materials can be shaped to retain permanent forms and can include a wide range of end expansion / reduction and branches. Many colours are available details upon request.
Specific labelling or part numbers can be added to material surface.
HDL can offer a bespoke design service to meet your application. The design can often provide solutions to meet specific temperature and pressure requirements.
